luxury suites....
How'd we end up there?
Well, Evelyn's Fedex rep was kind enough to give
her two VIP tickets to the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto
Parts Challenge, held November 6th.
Neither of us had ever been to the speedway, and
certainly never to a luxury suite, so we figured
we'd check it out. It was awesome!!!
The suites are super nice, and the Fedex people
were all great as well. Free
drinks...snacks... and a killer view of the
race! Hopefully she'll be able to get some
more tickets in the future, and we can go again.
Of course, we took zero pictures of the suite
itself :) ...but we did snap a few of the
race...
Below is Carl Edwards, the
winner of the race, celebrating his victory...
Below is Brad Keselowski, who
clinched enough points this race to become the
2010 Nationwide Series Champion. So
needless to say, he was a little happy, and
expressed his joy with an epic burnout :)

from the event. We kept trying to get
pictures of the Fedex car, but it wasn't working
very well :) These photos were all taken
with our little Cybershot camera. If we
get to go again sometime, I'll be sure to bring
the big Olympus and try to take some epic
long-range photos!
